Refunds & Cancellations

1. Workshop Cancellations & Refunds
For our live workshops (including the Social Media Workshop), if you are unable to attend, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time to receive a full refund or to reschedule for a future batch.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop start time are non-refundable, as your seat has been reserved and materials allocated.
2. Digital Services
For digital marketing and social media management services, cancellations must be made in accordance with the specific contract signed prior to the commencement of services. Refunds for completed work are generally not provided.
3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment (via Cashfree) within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Failed Transactions
If your payment method is charged but the transaction fails on our end, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank or the payment gateway within 5-7 business days.
